online Q3 Service Center is designed
to streamline and simply the process of
returning items to the Q3 Service Center
for servicing. Click on Request a
RMA below to submit a request for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # from the
Q3 Service Center. Allow 1-2 days
business days to process your request.
You will then receive an email from the
Q3 Service Center with the RMA number (if
approved) and specific instructions on how
to return a product to the Q3 Service Center.
You can then monitor the status of
the service on your product at anytime by
returning to this page and entering your
email address. Rest assured that your
email address will remain confidential and
will be used only for notifying you of the
status of your servicing.
Important: A RMA # is required
before returning any product(s) to the
Q3 Service Center. Failure to obtain an
RMA number can result in delays and/or
the product being return without servicing.
