The AlcoHAWK^® Series breath alcohol detectors are designed to provide a series that could meet the needs for a wide range of personal and professional alcohol testing applications. With the release of the AlcoHAWK^® PT Series the AlcoHAWK^® Series now covers the entire spectrum from low cost semiconductor screeners to professional fuel-cell screeners. The AlcoHAWK^® Series are affordable screening devices that allow the user to test for the presence of alcohol at threshold blood alcohol levels, such as 0.02% no tolerance testing or other popular levels such as 0.08%.

Traditional Semiconductor Breath Alcohol Detectors

These units are popular choices for low cost screening such as personal at-home testing and no-tolerance screening. All units include Sensor Recognition Technology™ to monitor for certain types of abnormal sensor conditions. None of these units may be used for evidential testing. AlcoHAWK^® SC Series units utilize semiconductor sensor technology. This technology is designed to offer cost effective screening devices used to test for the presence of alcohol.

Advanced Fuel-Cell Breath Alcohol Detectors

Units in PT Series feature PT Core™ Fuel-Cell Technology, which provides increased accuracy over traditional semiconductor screening devices and reduces false positive results. They allow professionals to test for the presence of alcohol at threshold blood alcohol levels, such as 0.02% no-tolerance testing or other popular levels such as 0.08%. Ideal for law enforcement, clinics, corrections, schools, and other settings where professional alcohol testing is performed.
